The shell was cracked, the fish was born, shining and floating softly. "I'm going to take good care of it and raise it properly", you thought. And this is the starting point of the whole story...
The gold fish is a metaphor of any dream. It looks adorable and lovable at the beginning, but when it grows bigger, something might go wrong.
It's bigger than you expected, it's probably jeopardizing the place you're living in. However, at the same time, as it's already too big to fail, you are not able to get control out of it.
